FAQ
Does Alexander Pacific Group still own Fabric8 Industries?
Yes.
Will my contact person change?
No. You’ll be dealing with the same people as before. The only difference is their email address, which now ends in @fabric8industries.com.
Do the old email addresses still work?
Yes, however please update your contacts to the new @fabric8industries.com addresses when you can.
Are DSI shelters still available?
Yes. We remain the authorised manufacturer and worldwide agent for Design Shelter Inc., and the full MH and MLH range is still available.
What happens to orders already in progress?
Nothing changes. Orders placed before the change will be completed by the same team, to the same standard and timeline.
Do I need to update anything on my end?
If you have questions about your account, supplier details or invoicing, get in touch with your usual contact or reach us at [email protected]. We’re happy to help.
